Most talks and round tables will be in English but most of our speakers and exhibitors also speak French.

No, the Virtuality Experience is available on PC, Mac and Oculus Quest. 

The halls and virtual booths are accessible 24H. Talks and round tables in the auditorium take place from 10 a.m to 7:30 p.m CET. 

The Virtuality Experience is free and reserved for professionals. 

Our demo will be ready in early October.

No, all visitors registered will automatically receive tickets for the Virtuality Experience. 

Once you register, you will get a confirmation email inviting you to download the Virtuality Experience 2020 application powered by Teemew Event. On the dedicated web page, choose the version corresponding to your operating system and download the Getting Started brochure. You will be able to follow a step by step tutorial to get to know the interface and features of Teemew Event.

Pinpoint the place you would like to visit on the map and you will see a luminous path indicating where to go or choose to simply teleport to another location.

You have to request to connect, the other participant is free to accept or refuse the request. If the other participant accepts, you can teleport to him/her and meet up in a networking area.

Exhibitors will get access to the platform a few days before the start of the event in order to start getting familiar with their virtual booth. Also, you can register for training sessions with our team before the start of the event. 

The Virtuality team will share the deadlines to send your files once you settle your invoice. Then, a few days before the event, exhibitors complete their company profile, prepare their virtual business card (vcard) and create their avatars.

All booths have display screens where you can share videos, pdfs and links. You also have presentation areas, private business areas and lounges depending on the size of your booth.


You can find the program on our website (Agenda) and in The Virtuality Experience you will be able to directly add the sessions you wish to attend to your agenda. 

Send us a talk proposal, our jury will review all applications and define the program. 

Of course, we are open to review any application to become a speaker. Nonetheless, we have a limited capacity in the virtual auditorium and we must give priority to our exhibitors. 

Speakers will get access to the platform a few days before the start of the event in order to start getting familiar with the virtual auditorium.
